Participant Waiver & Conditions Agreement

By registering for and participating in the Cliff Gager 6-Day Executive Adventure Business Learning Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants while clearly outlining the limitations of our liability.
General Terms & Waiver of Liability:

Participation at Your Own Risk:
Participation in this event involves physical activities, excursions, and other experiences that carry inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss.

Medical & Physical Fitness:
It is the participant’s responsibility to consult with a physician prior to the event to ensure that you are physically fit to participate in all activities. Any medical conditions or limitations must be communicated to the event organizers in advance. Cliff Gager and affiliated entities assume no responsibility for any medical conditions, injuries, or complications that may arise.

Liability Release:
By participating in this event, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Cliff Gager, Gager Enterprises, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities related to injuries, illnesses, property damage, or loss incurred during or as a result of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as racing, excursions, safari tours, and workshops.

Photography & Media Release:
By attending the event, you agree to grant permission to Cliff Gager Enterprises and its affiliates to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Conditions of Participation:

Exclusions from Package:
Airfare and Ground Transportation: Participants are solely responsible for booking and covering the cost of airfare and any ground transportation to and from the event location.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of each participant. We do not cover trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.
Personal Expenses: Any personal purchases made during the trip, including but not limited to souvenirs, snacks outside of provided meals, or additional excursions, are the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Full Payment Required: Payment for the Cliff Gager 6-Day Executive Adventure Business Learning Experience is due in full at the time of registration through the website. This secures your spot and confirms your participation in the event.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event start date will be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
In the unlikely event that Cliff Gager Enterprises cancels or reschedules the event, participants will have the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a full refund, excluding any third-party expenses incurred, such as airfare or hotel bookings.

Changes to Itinerary or Experiences:
The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, schedule, or activities in the case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, availability of vendors, or other factors beyond our control. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided in such cases, and any modifications will be made with the participant’s safety and experience in mind.

Code of Conduct:
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of the event rules will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Force Majeure:
Cliff Gager Enterprises is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or alterations to the event caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, weather, or other emergencies.

Acknowledgment & Agreement:

By registering and participating in the Cliff Gager 6-Day Executive Adventure Business Learning Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You voluntarily accept the risks involved and release Cliff Gager, HBDGAS LLC, and all other service providers from any and all liabilities associated with the event.
