Starting back in the late 90's, Cliff started taking groups of student investors out on a "Bus Tour"! During his 3 day real estate investing mentor training, not only would he show them how to find really good deals on houses, he would actually take them out to show them these properties and make offers on them. He would also take them to Home Depot to learn what products to use when rehabbing houses. And in the old days(before the internet)... he would take them to the local courthouse and show them how to look up distressed properties that could be bought at huge discounts and turned into profits! 

Cliff is an expert, that is what happens when you do what you love for 30 years... He usually has decades more experience than the other real estate education speakers  he may share stages with. But he is humble in that he wants his students to shine brighter than he does!

Cliff Gager didn’t stumble into real estate, he built his career brick by brick, starting in 1991 as a mortgage broker who specialized in helping people no bank wanted to touch. If traditional financing slammed the door, Cliff opened it. He mastered creative lending strategies that allowed everyday buyers and investors to acquire property when others said it was impossible.

By 1993, Cliff wasn’t just financing deals, he was creating them. He dove into flipping houses, finding under-priced properties, transforming them, and selling them for powerful profits. Along the way, he founded a thriving real estate sales company and a mortgage brokerage, cementing his reputation as both a deal-maker and a strategist.

By the late ’90s, something shifted. The so-called “gurus” who were teaching real estate investing? They weren’t leading Cliff, they were learning from him. That’s when he became known as the “Guru’s Guru.” Behind the scenes, he was the expert’s expert, teaching the teachers how to actually make money in real estate.

Today, Cliff brings more than three decades of hard-earned experience directly to you, not watered-down theory, not recycled content, but the real-world methods that have made him and his students successful.
